In 2021, Panda introduced a new, premium, limited time offering: Wok Seared Steak and Shrimp. There is a general perception that fast casual dining food is un-fresh— sopped in oil and heated up in a microwave. Panda wanted to crush this myth. We did so by creating a spot completely revolving around the process of a Panda Express Wok Master, showing each individual step from the chopping of fresh veggies, to the masterful wok-tossing of their premium ingredients.
